Hello we are selling a custom build, Marconi Ketch rig sailboat.
She is in good condition, and has a full sail inventory.
On board there is a running 75hp universal unimite inboard engine.
Full stainless steel galley, and functional head.
Full v-berth with head clearance of 6'0, and pull out sofas in the salon.
Her name is KAIA, which is "to new life" in a very old Norse dialect.
Custom built by a family of shipwrights in the late sixties early seventies.
Cut from Wisconsin white spruce, and hand built.
All the original plaques and photos of the construction process are on board.
She has won her class many times and ranks as a champion in the Master Mariner's Regatta.
We love this boat, and are selling because it is too much for us to currently manage.
Our hope is that she finds a good home, to someone who can take care of her the way that she deserves.
