looking for a yard to rent

Looking for a yard to rent to store my cacti, plants, rocks, etc.
I need at least 600 square feet, preferably double that.
The closer to the westside, the better, but I'm open to further out if cheaper or more space.
I'll need some access to the yard to care for the plants and bring loads in and out (I'll be selling this stuff but not at your property).
Will pay $300-400/month.
