I'm an LA-based entrepreneur, living in Century City, looking for a reliable part-time house manager / assistant (2 days a week) to help manage household chores, pet-sit, and help with day-to-day household errands.
Ideally, you're bright, articulate and extremely personable, with a fantastic can-do attitude who can manage my home, errands, housekeeping and pets.
This job exists to provide a full-time assistant with 2 days of relief per week, and the two days can be decided upon by both assistants on a scheduled basis.
Typically, the days are Thu / Fri or Sat / Sun, but this is flexible, based on schedule needs.
The two days have to be worked in succession and MUST include a weekend at least every other week.
You will work approximately 6-8 hours a day, and will be compensated at $250 per day.
There is the possibility of extra days some weeks if the main assistant needs to take a trip, or a vacation.
General duties could include the following, but most days are pretty chill -- dog walking, groceries, errands, house-management:
- Run personal errands (gifts, dry-cleaning, etc)
- Daily general housekeeping (tidying up, cleaning, restocking groceries, making the bed, dusting, watering plants, organizing, laundry)
- Dog-sitting / watching / walking three micro-mini, lovable Goldendoodles
- Helping with dinner parties / events
Requirements - :
- Live within a 3 mile (15 minute) radius of Century City - this is critical, because you will be driving back and forth to the house 3-4 times a day.
Longer is OK, if you don't mind the commute.
- Have a reliable car, and a clean driving record
- Be extremely organized, proactive, and self-sufficient
- Be willing to work late hours, and alternate weekends.
- Be on-call and accessible during your work days.
- Pay starts at $250/day for this part time, 2-day a week job (Minimum pay is $500/week.
) This is ideal for someone who has another job or wants something part-time and stable.
