Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Wound Care

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide wound care services to our patients who reside at skilled nursing facilities 1-2 days a week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating wounds, educating patients on wound care, and providing referrals to specialists when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent communication skills, and experience in wound care.
Responsibilities: * Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic wounds.
* Educate patients and families on wound care.
* Perform wound debridement.
* Prescribe medications as needed.
* Document patient information in the medical record.
* Provide wound care education to other healthcare providers.
* Maintain current knowledge of wound care treatments and products.
Job Types: Part-time, Local contract, Permanent Pay: $140.
00 - $210.
