This organization is at the leading edge of practical and innovative solutions to serve homeless and very low-income residents of Los Angeles.
We are offering an excellent salary and benefits for this position and the opportunity to join an excellent program in the heart of Los Angeles! *What’s Special About this Job* This outreach program is part of a large-scale street-based engagement effort in the Metro Los Angeles Area.
The goal is to create a countywide network of multidisciplinary, integrated street-based teams to identify, engage, and connect, or re-connect homeless individuals to interim and/or permanent housing, supportive services, and life-saving care.
The Program Manager is responsible for leading these teams, coordinating services with partner agencies as needed, providing staff training and clinical support, and fostering collaboration within the team between other departments and programs.
The Program Manager is also responsible administrative aspects of team leadership, including data oversight, training, and supervision of case managers and clinicians.

Low turnover and programs that provide essential care in the community *Responsibilities* * Provide leadership to the multidisciplinary teams, ensuring continuity of care and services between agency resources and partnering agencies.
* Provide individual and team supervision (clinical and administrative) through weekly structured supervisions and ongoing, to support growth and accountability of direct service staff.
* Be available to respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies directly in the field, and to provide clinical guidance to staff.
*Requirements* * Master’s degree in social work or related field, with Board of Behavioral Sciences registration/licensure required - AMFT/ APCC / AMFT, LMFT, LPCC/ LCSW.
* Experience in service delivery to homeless populations, and other very low-income families and individuals.
* Knowledge of and commitment to harm reduction practices.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
00 - $70,000.
