We are looking to hire an experienced Director of Operations with a minimum of 7 years of experience in operations within a professional services agency and be based in Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate can lead the department and support in all operational facets of the company.

The Director of Operations will report directly to the CEO.

Requirements
Hiring and Recruitment:
Managing all aspects of the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Developing and promoting our employer brand to attract top talent.
Coordinating with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Compliance and HR:
Overseeing compliance with business registrations, licenses, and HR-related regulations.
Addressing HR-related questions and concerns from team members.
Collaborating with outsourced HR consultants when required.
Managing employee benefits programs and payroll.
Intranet Management:
Constantly updating and optimizing our Notion-based intranet.
Ensuring all information is readily accessible and organized for various business functions.
Cost Efficiency:
Carefully monitoring and controlling outgoing expenses, dues, subscriptions, and other financial commitments.
Identifying opportunities to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
Process Improvement:
Analyzing existing operational processes and performance metrics.
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
