Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

*\*\*\*\* LOS ANGELES COUNTY \*\*\*\** We are looking for a Home Health Aide to visit patients in their homes and provide personal care and help with light housekeeping tasks.
The Home Health Aide provides care and companionship, ensures safety and comfort, and is responsible for monitoring the patient's medical condition.
We are seeking candidates who possess excellent time-management skills, have experience in personal care, have communication skills (verbal and written) as well as a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities: * Communicate with patients or families to determine needs and ensure that patient's care is consistent with their healthcare goals.
* Gather information about patient conditions and treatments.
* Be empathetic towards patient and family needs.
* Work as part of a team.
* Assist with activities of daily living.
Pay: $24.
00 - $26.
