Key Responsibilities:
The Primary Care Manager is accountable for driving profitability through fostering associate engagement, enhancing client experience, and maintaining gold standard medical quality.
Candidates should possess a proven track record in promoting and delivering exemplary client service within a medical or service industry context.
This role necessitates a substantial portion of time engaging directly with clients, requiring a minimum commitment of 50%.
Skill Requirements:
Applicants with a background in animal hospital operations, coupled with a minimum of 3 years' experience in personnel management, are highly desirable.
Proficiency in essential computer applications such as Word, Outlook, and basic Excel is essential.
Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate familiarity with profit and loss management principles.
While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
