What You'll Do:
Collaborate with our Onboarding Experience Manager Team:
Partner with colleagues to streamline and optimize onboarding processes, identifying and removing roadblocks to efficiency.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new onboarding initiatives, ensuring clear communication and team alignment.
Share best practices and insights, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Provide Expertise and Support:
Serve as a subject matter expert on onboarding best practices, offering guidance and support to teams across the organization.
Develop and deliver informative resources, training, and tools to equip colleagues with the knowledge and skills to excel in their onboarding roles.
Proactively identify and address onboarding challenges experienced by different teams or departments.
Design Personalized Journeys:
Craft engaging and persona-driven onboarding journeys for new hires across the Aspen Dental family of brands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience for all new team members.
Incorporate feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve and personalize onboarding journeys.
Support Internal Doctor Movement:
Lend your expertise to the internal doctor movement team, providing support and guidance as needed.
Ensure a smooth and seamless transition for doctors moving within the Aspen Dental network.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address challenges specific to physician onboarding needs.
You're a perfect fit if you have:
3-5 years of experience in a related role, such as onboarding program management, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
A passion for user experience design and a demonstrably creative approach to process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address root causes of onboarding challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to connect with individuals at all levels and across departments.
Project management expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A deep understanding of onboarding best practices and a commitment to continuous learning.
Comfortable pivoting often, working autonomously, and in ambiguity.
