We have an opening for a Senior Coordinator, Office of the General Counsel.
The Senior Coordinator, Office of the General Counsel supports the management of projects and tasks and leverages technology to work efficiently and proficiently to meet project demands of the Office of the General Counsel.
In this capacity, the Senior Coordinator, Office of the General Counsel will: Perform manual and electronic searches using external systems and internal databases, including Relativity and Concordance, and assist with data analysis; Provide support in the creation and usage of customized Concordance and Relativity databases in conjuncture with all practice support tools and systems; Review and analyze documents for production or transfer, including for relevance and for privilege, and electronically redact documents as needed; Prepare and quality check productions; Provide support with the usage of the Firm’s File Transfer Protocol (FTP) systems Axway Secure File Transfer and LiquidFiles; Coordinate with internal resources and outside vendor services to optimize cost, quality, and meet deadlines; Perform factual research in internal and external databases and libraries; Assist with review of Outside Counsel Guidelines, prepare client correspondence regarding proposed modifications to Outside Counsel Guidelines, and maintain a Client Terms database; Perform work in an efficient and cost-effective manner; Work overtime as required; and Handle additional projects as assigned.
Proficiencies: Advanced knowledge of Electronic Discovery and legal tech software, including but not limited to Relativity, Ringtail, Concordance, Summation, and DB/TextWorks; Advanced knowledge of e-Discovery principles to include Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and principles, management and processing of electronically stored information (ESI) as related to legal matters, including the use of various ESI collection, management, review and processing tools and applications; Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft technology to include but not limited to Windows, Office Suite, Excel, Exchange, SQL and SharePoint; Ability to analyze and manipulate data as needed for eDiscovery technology compatibly, analysis, and reporting; Basic knowledge of Information Governance and Data Governance concepts; Basic knowledge and understanding of data analysis and analytics; and Strong Analytical skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; eDiscovery industry related certifications, preferred but not required; At least 3 years of legal support work including Electronic Discovery and e-Discovery principles; principles, management and processing of electronically stored information (ESI) as they relate to legal matters, including the use of various ESI collection, management, review and processing tools and applications (required); and At least 4 years of experience in a professional services or legal environment (required).

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $71,000 and a maximum of $100,350 annually.
The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
