18 per hour *Pay Frequency: *24 Pay Periods Per Year *Full Time* *Non-Exempt* *Driving Required* PATH is seeking candidates passionate about helping others make a positive change in their lives to join our Information Technology department as the IT Coordinator at the RHC Location.
*ABOUT PATH* Since its foundation in 1984, PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness.
PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.
*ABOUT THE JOB* As part of the Information Technology department, the IT Coordinator is responsible for managing PATH IT hardware inventory and other office administration.
This position is expected to demonstrate strong organizational skills and good technical aptitude to work productively with minimal supervision.
Position Responsibilities: * Maintain office supplies and inventory.
* Order new end-user PC desktop hardware and peripherals.
* Receive and Asset Tag new hardware * Utilize technical knowledge of standard systems and business software (Windows, MS Office 365, Outlook, Apple iOS) to provide support to PATH staff.
* Update to asset management systems as required.
* Ship and receive hardware to other PATH offices as needed.
* Assign Hardware to end-user.
* Perform IT new hire orientation.
* Excellent client facing, customer service soft skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* * Bachelor's Degree in information technology or computer science.
* Relevant certification(s) (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+).
* Working technical knowledge of standard systems and business software (Windows, MS Office 365, Outlook, Apple iOS, macOS).
* Experience with Mobile Device Management software tools (Mosyle, Microsoft Intune).
* Experience with Inventory Management and reporting tools (AssetTiger).
* Experience in network management and help desk support.
* Solid working knowledge of IT systems and applications.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS* * One (1) year experience in an IT support or coordination role.
*MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS* Regardless of qualifications, candidates must: * Have employment eligibility verification * Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training * Successfully complete the following as a condition of hire: * Tuberculosis Test * Background Screening * Drug Test *DRIVING* Driving is an *essential function* of this position.
