T2 Tech is assisting with the recruitment and selection of an IS Engineer for one of their prestigious clients in Los Angeles.
This client is a leader in the healthcare space providing affordable healthcare to Los Angeles residents.
This healthcare system also has a network of clinical practices and health related programs offering services throughout the community.
This individual will work with Automated workflows, onboarding, and provisioning of user accounts.
Responsibilities
· Provide technical support and assistance to clients and end-users
· Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
· Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
· Set up and configure user accounts, permissions, and passwords
· Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
· Test and evaluate new technology solutions
· Write and maintain technical documentation
· Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
· Research questions using available information resource
· Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
· Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
· Redirect problems to appropriate resource
· Administer help desk software
· Log all help desk interactions
· Follow standard help desk procedures
· Advise users on appropriate actions to troubleshoot
· Support, configure, and build within platforms such as M365, Okta, MDM and more
· Work with automation workflows, automated onboarding & provisioning of user accounts and auto management of mobile apps, devices and security policies
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
· Must be able to support, configure, and build within M365, Azure, MDM, and Okta
· Relevant Comptia and Network certifications
· 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk support role
· At least 2+ years of professional data analytics experience
· Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory
· Experience with ticketing systems
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies
· Must be able to travel to clients around Los Angeles on occasion
· Networking experience is a plus

Salary dependent on certifications and experience between $90,000 to $120,000.
