Your Role and Contribution: As Tandem's Regional Manager, you will oversee a dedicated territory, ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of home care.
In this multifaceted role, you will: Guide and support an internal team comprising a Client Services Coordinator, Scheduling Coordinator, and Care Coordinator.
Actively manage caregiver supervision, stepping in as a direct point of contact and support for caregivers in your region.
Ensure strict compliance with state regulations and adherence to company policies.
Utilize your strategic planning and problem-solving skills to enhance the quality and efficiency of care.
Serve as an operational linchpin, acting as a backup for your internal team.
This includes handling overflow tasks and taking charge in escalated situations to ensure continuity and quality of service across your region.
Our Ideal Candidate: Experienced Leader: Proven track record in managing teams and operations in a home care setting.

Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working for a licensed home care organization.
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial experience in home care.
