Ability to present products and procedures to patients and get them scheduled.
This can be full-time or part-time for the right candidate.
Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Friday.
Main Responsibilities: Welcome patients and visitors.
Answer email/telephone inquiries, appointment scheduling, manage patient records and effectively manage transactions.
Generate sales, conduct professional and effective patient consultations; provide treatment and procedure information.
Offer professional, prompt, and friendly customer service.
Resolve customer issues and answer questions to optimize patient satisfaction.
