The Program Manager would be responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision to case managers, as well as supervision of the shelter.

Examples of Essential Duties:
Evaluate patients’ psycho-social needs;
Document history, care plans and prepare reports as needed;
Provide clinical and administrative support to case managers;
Assist with crisis management;
Ensure proper documentation and charting is completed in a timely and accurate manner;
Hire and manage staffing of intensive case management team.
Experience Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in case management;
2-4 years of experience in staff supervision, preferred;
prior experience working in a 24-hour shelter, preferred.
Education Requirement:
Graduation from an approved Masters Program in Social Work
Qualifications:
Current California Certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Current AHA-approved CPR card
Valid Drivers License
Personal Vehicle
