Requirements:
3+ years of apartment maintenance experience is required.
1+ years of high-rise residential experience is required.

What your day might look like:
Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner (including appliance repairs).
Prepare apartments for new move in’s by completing “make-ready” and "furnishing" process.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, amenities, exterior buildings and parking areas.
Assist with vendor management and other duties.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment and apartments.
What we are looking for:
Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
Experience in inventory management and tracking as well as cost effective purchase.
Previous experience with painting, drywall, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing and electrical as well as furniture assembly and logistics.
High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
Proficient in project and property management tools such as Appfolio.
