As a Trust and Safety Trainer, you will be on the front lines of Trust and Safety supporting our moderators at our Center of Excellence and BPOs.
You will help manage the design, development, and implementation of training programs for content moderators, instilling understanding of key policies and procedures.
You will also be responsible for delivering policy updates to content moderators.
Additionally, you will work closely with our quality assurance and policy teams to develop strategies, quality action plans, knowledge base materials, and training curriculum materials for continuous improvement and learning.
You have a genuine passion for all things training, online safety, and policy enforcement.
Responsibilities - Partner with stakeholders and other trainers to create and maintain full scale training programs, curriculum, and operating procedures for the Center of Excellence and our partner locations.
- Deliver instructor-led training, conduct train-the-trainer sessions for multiple audiences across multiple locations.
Scope may include new hire training, product training, policy training, and tools.
- Create training plans and strategies utilizing various learning methodologies and technology (online live training sessions, safe-paced eLearning courses, online and blended learning solutions) - Faciliate Train-the-trainer (TTT) sessions and support training teams at our BPO locations Train new content moderators on policies and standard operation procedures, and provide refresher trainings as needed to improve performance.
- Apply knowledge of adult learning theory to identify appropriate training media and methodologies based on audience learning styles, course content and desired learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the policy team to understand and deliver policy updates, work closely with the quality team to identify struggling areas that should be addressed through learning solutions.
- Measure learning effectiveness and analyze training gaps to create learning experiences that will bridge these gaps and meet desired performance outcomes.
- Work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications Qualifications - 3+ years of training experience facilitating and leading training programs to different audiences - 3+ years of training experience in content moderation or contact/user support environment - Excellent planning, organization, presentation, and classroom delivery skills.
Able to deliver training in a clear, professional, and engaging manner in both oral and written forms.

com Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $135111 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
