Pay Range: $20 to $22 hourly (DOE)
Summary:
The Talent Acquisition coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting candidates throughout the recruitment and pre-employment process through onboarding.

• Coordinate and assist with attracting and referring candidates for open positions through company website, employee referrals, and other sourcing methods.
• Prepare and post approved job openings with appropriate sources.
• Partner with talent acquisition manager and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop plans to fill open positions.
• Follow structured recruiting process and plan for each recruiting project in conjunction with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team and hiring manager.
• Responsible for coordinating recruiting processes, from the initial job posting to scheduling new hires for onboarding.
• Screen resumes/applications; conduct phone and zoom pre-screening interview calls, schedule on-site interviews with job preview tours for recommended candidates.
• Prepare and extend approved job offers to candidates
• Coordinate post offer pre-employment screens and assessments.
• Administer onboarding plan for all new hires and conduct new hire orientations as needed.
• Conduct post-hire reviews with new hires to ensure successful onboarding experience.
• Meet with recruiting team and talent acquisition manager twice week to review recruiting metrics and hiring pipeline.
• Collaborate with all members of the Administration team and Operations on various projects.
• Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications: To be qualified for this position, one must possess:
• Eighteen years of age or older
• 2 years of recruiting experience
• Associate degree or the equivalent in education and experience
• Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems
• Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Strong communication skills; Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Documented successful completion of lawful post-offer, pre-employment checks including criminal background check and drug screening.
