You'll spend 5 days per week in our cozy indoor jungle office that we call "The Lagoon".

As our Data Visualization & Presentation Specialist, you'll be joining our Strategic Initiatives team to develop awesome data based visuals, templates, and presentations in order to achieve all company objectives.
You'll also provide creative support through information and data visualization to all of the company leaders, including the CEO.

Note: You'll be in office Monday-Friday RESPONSIBILITIES Design and prepare visually-appealing templates and presentations according to given objectives and guidelines Collaborate closely with executives/leadership to understand presentation expectations and successfully create visually compelling decks that serve the intended purpose Gather, intake, and analyze data to translate complex information into easily understandable slides that lead to clear audience insights and takeaways Update and create charts, graphs, infographics, icons, and animations to be used in communications materials and/or presentations to aid in data storytelling for both internal and external audiences Work closely with internal teams to proactively seek out and gather data necessary for presentations Work with stakeholders to create slides, incorporate feedback, and hit necessary deadlines Assess and evaluate existing templates/presentations to recommend and implement improvements Develop a maintain a library of easy-to-use core presentation assets approved for company use, including template, graphic elements, and imagery Find clever new ways for teams to bring their specific presentation needs to life– within our brand guidelines, and in the spirit of our brand personality: fun, fashionable, functional, and 'ffordabale Customize materials and design graphic elements upon request Collaborate with various internal teams to provide creative support and data visualization as needed Manage the presentation design process from start to finish This role is in the Strategic Initiatives team and will report directly to the Director of Strategic Initiatives Perform other related duties as assigned ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE May or may not have a degree.

Able to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay on top of evolving project needs/creative goals Experienced in collaborating with company leadership and adapting to various stakeholder styles and needs Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills Deep understanding of many different types of media is pivotal Dependable with the willingness to take the initiative to work collaboratively and with a sense of urgency Loves the work more than a paycheck Is happy to give away credit to their team Loves getting and giving feedback Is into personal growth Thinks Fun is being great (not partying) Is proactive and an independent problem solver!
