Responsibilities
About this opportunity:
Directs the pre-employment and annual health screening processes, tracks vaccinations and communicable disease titers, tracks work comp clients, tracks medical leave clients and maintains EHS and Workers' Comp records of all hospital personnel.
Duties may include:
Coordinate all Employee Health pre-employment required documents for GMHHC new hire employees.
Prepares new Hire files with required test and documents.
Maintains and files all EHS documents and records in an accurate and timely manner Schedules all annual TB testing, Respiratory Mask fit testing.
Coordinates, monitor and updates compliance with employees and management.
Ensure that all required data is documented into Employee Health files and enters data into the Lawson system.
Conducts file audits to ensure that all files are accurate, complete and contain appropriate and mandated information for all health care personnel as per policy.
Coordinates the list of employees for compliance in the annual Employee Health mandatory requirements such as Respiratory Mask Fit testing, TB Testing and Flu Vaccinations.
Enters information into the Lawson system.
Assists, tracks and documents work related injuries, Worker's Comp claims and safety programs.

Qualifications
Minimum Required
One to two years related work experience and/or training required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
High School Diploma/GED
Must have excellent customer service, computer data entry, and telephone skills.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred/Desired
Previous Hospital or Medical Clinic experience preferred.
Medical terminology preferred.
College courses in Biological Sciences preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
Pay Range
$20.
62 - $28.
36 /hour
