*Position Title: *Behavior Therapist *Location: *Opportunities available in San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas (including East LA, Montebello, Monterey Park, San Gabriel, Rosemead, Covina, La Puente, Hacienda Heights, Rowland Heights, and other surrounding cities) *Pay Rate: *$20.
00 to $30.
00/hour.
Mileage reimbursement and drive time are also paid out (at the IRS rate and LA County minimum wage rate, respectively).
*What You'll Do: *Work one-on-one with children and/or adults in the Autism spectrum.
Providing intervention services to children/adults with special needs and their families.
Implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), helping them develop the life skills necessary to succeed in their homes, schools, and communities.
*What We're Looking For:* * _Availability to work at least Mon through Fri from 3pm-8pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm.
_ * _Must be able to work at least 3 out of 5 days Mon - Fri.
_ * Willingness to drive to client’s homes and schools * Compassionate, expressive, energetic, very patience, with a love and/or joy for helping others * Experience working with children/individuals with disabilities 6+ months * Bilingual is a plus! *Meet at least one of the following educational requirements*: * High School Diploma or Equivalent, OR * Currently enrolled in college, completing 12 units, OR * Completed at least 2 years of college/A.
