Diesel Technician

Diesel Technician Description We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician to join our team specializing in engine repairs for our Distribution Business (Downey, CA).
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products Maintain own tools In order to be successful in this role you will need the following: (Intermediate): Completes complex internal engine repairs Performs engine overhauls with limited direct supervision (Advanced): Ability to troubleshoot with limited/no support from diagnostic tools Larger more complicated engine rebuilds Mentor junior technicians including technical support and documentation Union location - Salary range depending on experience: $34.
16/HR - $44.
38/HR DOT (if applicable) Compensation and Benefits Base Salary rate commensurate with experience.
