Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner Obtain customer and vehicle information Provide excellent customer service Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Establish follow-up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently Verifies the final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order Explain all completed work and charges to customers Required: Two years + experience as a Service Advisor Possesses strong customer relations skills Proficient at identifying and relating to the customer inquiry Above average energy level A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization Personal and professional integrity Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000-$160,000 year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
