JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Applications, the Senior Technical Analyst, Applications and Integration will maintain software applications for Dunn-Edwards in support of achieving business requirements.
This includes managing integrations and connectivity between multiple disparate software solutions as well as optimizing the data flow across those software solutions.
The associate will work with software (SAP and non-SAP) developers, and SAP business analysts to identify changes and customizations to support the business team.
In addition, this associate may also assist Nippon Paint Automotive Americas (NPAA) through the IT Shared Services program.
The role includes support for technical aspects of business requirements, proposed projects, and systems requirements.
This position is further specialized by including Compliance and Security responsibilities primarily in the SAP GRC and Point of Sale environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Design, Develop and Deploy software application solutions to support business operations; this may be through own development or leveraging both internal and external 3rd party resources.
Provide technical support for designated vendor software applications utilizing skills in software configuration, interface development and support, reporting, and job execution, all of which is predicated on proven knowledge of the technical and business aspects for those assigned applications.
Work with SAP and non-SAP application developers as well as SAP business analysts to implement integration changes and data flow changes to support business requirements.
Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
Analyze, assess, and execute technical solutions for issues and/or new requirements for existing business systems and procedures.
Perform development and documentation of software configuration or program modifications.
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and post-implementation support for critical software applications.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.
Deliver assigned projects on time and on budget.
Leverage working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards including LAN and WAN technologies.
Manage the security and compliance requirements (along with the Senior Manager, Information Security and Compliance) for Dunn-Edwards; specifically focus on the SAP and GK Point of Sale environments.

2-3 years’ experience with GK Point of Sale software preferred 2-3 years’ experience with Ultimate HRIS software preferred COMMUNICATION SKILLS Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
