Director of Nursing

We are seeking a creative and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to provide leadership and strategic direction in a Congregate Living Health Facility setting.
Our goal is achieving the highest level of care for our residents and maintain positive employee relations POSITION DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the overall management and operations of a 6 bed facility.
Develops, directs, monitors and supports all administrative, clinical and operational activities for the facility’s programs and services.
Qualifications • MUST BE a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator OR a Registered Nurse • Two years of experience in a skilled nursing facility and/or sub acute facility • Knowledge of Title 22 • Ability to actively relate to the staff, board and community • Strong leadership, human relations and communication skills • Knowledge of healthcare regulations • Knowledge of payroll/ bookkeeping • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook • Proven leadership abilities • Strong organizational and time-management skills Benefits offered: · Health insurance · Dental insurance · 401(K) · Aflac · Life insurance · Short term disability We look forward to seeing you.
