As a Regional Nurse Manager - Emergency Medicine at Sollis Health coordinates, directs, implements and recommends systems, methods and procedures for the delivery of nursing care which involves collaboration with a cross functional team to ensure that standards of practice, company philosophy and overall objectives are accomplished.
You will work to drive Sollis' Mission and Vision forward creating a patient focused environment in a concierge medical setting treating high-profile members/patients.
Full Time - 40 hours per week - 24 clinical hours and 16 admin hours per week- must be able to commute to Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and Manhattan Beach
Responsibilities:
Provides direct oversight of nursing care to Sollis' concierge emergency care Flagships, Centers and Clinics
Initiates and participates in the planning, implementation and evaluation of quality assurance and performance improvement activities
Helps to develop and implement plans and schedules for minimizing the use of overtime and meeting the targeted budget and productivity goals.
Maintains site specific position control according to hospital approved budget and staffing plan.
Collaborates with leadership in the development of a personnel and operational budget annually.
Partners with the Operations team to order supplies as needed for patient care and the function of the unit.
Participates in the interviewing and hiring of candidates for your region
Observes, evaluates, coaches and mentors nursing staff in your region, holding them accountable for Sollis standards and participates in disciplinary action as needed
Ensures that the initial and annual staff competencies are completed in a timely manner.
Partners with the People and Culture team to ensure staff maintain the required credentials.
Standardizes and holds staff accountable for compliance with policies and procedures.
Participates in the planning, implementation and evaluation of staff development activities.
Maintains a professional level of competence through participation in educational and research activities.
Ensures standardization of practice through implementation of current policies and procedures.
Collects and analyzes data to make improvements for clinical and patient satisfaction outcomes.
Holds routine staff meetings and huddles focusing on patient care, safety and satisfaction.
Promotes infection control and safety practices.
Performs related duties as assigned
Experience We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally we would expect that you have:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
Must possess a valid license and current registration, issued by California State, as a Registered Nurse
Must have at least 3-5 years of emergency medicine experience in a hospital
Previous emergency leadership experience required
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS required

Range: $145,000-$170,000
This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in Southern California.
Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location.
Actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
