* Lien Negotiators
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with external law firms to negotiate and determine the equitable distribution of settlement proceeds, considering factors such as respective contributions, case involvement, and origination of the lead.
* Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies to reach mutually agreeable terms with external law firms, fostering positive relationships and cooperation.
* Maintaining meticulous records of negotiation outcomes, agreements, and relevant case details to ensure transparency.
* Handling any disputes that may arise during the negotiation process, working towards resolutions that are fair and aligned with the best interest of all parties involved.
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualities:

* · Must be a critical thinker and problem solver
* · Proficient in basic computer program
Qualifications:
* 1 +years experience as a Negotiator
* 1+ years experience in Personal Injury Law
* Must possess strong administrative and organizational skills.
* Professional appearance and manner
* Excellent customer service skills

Skills & Requirements:
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, enthusiastic, able to be coached, able to follow directions to meet firm goals, have the motivation to learn daily and desire to work for a company that allows unlimited growth.
Prior experience in law highly preferred.
Recent law graduates and ex-military welcome.
