Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage all acute, chronic wounds, surgical wounds and dermatologic wounds
Change dressings
Perform medically necessary debridement
Establish plan of care and work within protocols established by medical director
Accurately performs physical examinations on adult patients with acute and chronic wounds
Assess, diagnose and manage chronic conditions for patient population
Communicates with Primary Care Physician (PCP) or office staff regarding any changes in patient’s condition
Provides individualized patient teaching and counseling
Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner License
Must be able to pass all background checks
