Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Structural Engineer with 3-6 years of structural engineering experience related to Buildings.
The incumbent Candidate will have the opportunity to work with a highly collaborative and creative team on a diverse portfolio of projects.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities
Structural design and analysis for a wide range of buildings projects, involving steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and archaic building systems.
Assisting in the preparation of drawings and specifications.
Conducting site investigations to document existing conditions.
Project Management of staff and clients on large and/or complex projects
Support Studio Leaders in managing staff and financials
Providing mentoring and guidance to junior staff.
Maintaining involvement in professional organizations to keep abreast of new industry developments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
Master’s Degree would be considered an asset.

3-6 years of experience in the execution of residential, commercial, or institutional buildings projects as a Structural Engineer is required.
Experience in historic buildings preservation would be considered an asset.
Proficiency with computer analysis software (e.
g.
RISA, SAP, RAM).
Working knowledge of REVIT.

TYLin is committed to pay equity.
As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $41.
83 - $45.
67 per hour for this position and local market.
