, a leading fertility practice in Southern California! Our Beverly Hills/Los Angeles location is seeking a per diem Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN).
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities* * Provide pre, circulating and post op assessments for patients.
* Ensure patients are comfortable and safety measures are followed.
* Assist physician or ultrasound technician with various fertility procedures.
* Provides patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions.
* Operating room support and providing PACU duties for fertility treatment procedures.
* Provides pre and post op education to patients.
* Inserting IV’s.
* Charting on EMR for the ASC.
* Assisting in QA projects and daily checks.
* Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients’ families.
*Requirements* * High School Diploma.
BSN preferred.
* Graduate of a certified nursing program.
* Current CA state Registered Nurse license without limitations.
* At least 2 years of experience working in an operating room within a fertility center.
* Experience working in IVF.
* Current BLS.
* Current ACLS.
Pay: $40.
00 - $50.
