We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Ads Product team at Snap Inc.
What you’ll do: Manage product deliverables and rhythm of business, functioning as a chief of staff reporting to the SVP of Revenue Product.
Act as a force multiplier on the productivity of the SVP and the extended team responsible for revenue and product delivery.
Manage the operations of Revenue product group to respond to inbound requests and escalations Lead the revenue product group in landing key product launches and customer engagements Manage rhythm of the business meetings collaborating closely with cross functional partners managing revenue, insights, key customer issues and action plans.
Increase focus, attention and resourcing on key issues facing the team.
Oversee the time sensitive deliverables such as reviews, executive management, weekly and monthly meeting prep and action items.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to create project and action plans, determine resource allocation, risk assessment, and issue response, resolution, and/or escalation.
Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and roadblocks in program execution.
Proficiency in managing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders The ability to manage and guide teams through organizational changes and shifts in strategy The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities Utilizing data to make informed decisions and drive program improvements, ability to think strategically with the organization's revenue goals in mind.
Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS Degree or equivalent years of experience 8+ years of experience in program and/or project management Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of product development life cycle and methodologies Experience in advertising and/or consumer technology product management "Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc.

Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position.
The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $230,000-$335,000 annually.
Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $219,000-$318,000 annually.
Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $196,000-$285,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
