*Administrative Coordinator of Health Services*
Nexus Clinical Solutions LLC is looking for an energetic, highly organized, punctual, multi-tasking Administrative Coordinator to meet the administrative demands of the practice.
Skill in assisting a complex organization with multiple objectives and goals is required.
Must have a working knowledge of policies and procedures related to clinical administration in a large urban setting.
The ability to work confidentially and competently with high profile partners including the NFL, NBA, and elite law firms is essential! Demonstrated skill in successful collaboration among multi-function staff and supporting staff needs and plans are essential.
We require and highly value the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and to communicate effectively with management, staff, administrators, patients, legal entities, medical providers, and the public on a variety of complex and sensitive issues.
Demonstrated ability to write administrative correspondence that is clear, concise, logical, and appropriate for a variety of audiences is required.
This successful candidate must have excellent customer service/people skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize a variety of tasks, enjoy working as a team member, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Prezi, and PowerPoint.
Excellent writing skills, verbal communication, feedback skills with patients, and interfacing with managed care contacts and billing are required.
This candidate will work very closely with the Office Manager as well as the CEO.
Applicant must be mature and have an ability to learn new computer programs (for patient registration and scheduling), strong computer and internet research skills, excellent interpersonal skills, time management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to produce and manage spreadsheets, correspondences, reports, and other documents; and basic working knowledge of office equipment including telephone, copier, scanners, and printers.
*Specific duties include:*
* serving as the main receptionist, screening calls, receiving and disseminating information via phone
* register patients and schedule appointments
* maintain the calendar and schedule meetings and travel arrangements for management
* prepare and maintain patient files/charting organization
* organizing (manually filing or storing electronically) office information for quick and easy retrieval
* greet and assist patients with registration forms
* maintain supply of patient and office forms
* prepare necessary forms and correspondence for patient evaluations
* assist with special events, meetings, and conferences
* maintain waiting area and staff break room
* customer/patient relations
* assisting the Office Manager with other general office duties
*A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is required.
