```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the acupuncture office and escort to treatment rooms.
- Verify patient information and update records as necessary
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Manage medical records and ensure accuracy and completeness
-Create super bills
-Take payment
-Wipe down massage tables and change table linens
-Assist with placement/ removal of estim or microcurrent pads
-Organize and help order supplies as needed
-Chat with patients, help create the relaxing and friendly environment, keep track of patient milestonse and birthdays etc.
```Skills```
- Some proficiency in medical coding systems such as ICD-9, ICD-10 (we do not take insurance)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Naturally friendly and warm personality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical record software
- Previous experience working in a medical office, acupuncture office, chiropractic office, or spa.
-A passion for health and wellness, mediation, yoga, self-care, etc.
