Applicants must possess the California BBS Associate number for Associate Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work or Clinical Counseling before applying for the position.
Associate will receive clinical supervision and hours toward licensing in the state of California.
```Duties:```
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Utilize an eclectic series of modalities, approaches and techniques within the realm of psychotherapy to facilitate positive change in clients
```Experience:```
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in conducting individual, couples, and family sessions
- Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and interventions
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults
- Familiarity with documentation requirements and regulatory standards
- Experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable
- Knowledge of clinical counseling techniques for children is a plus
