*Periodontist Responsibilities:* * Providing implants.
* Performing cosmetic surgical procedures.
* Diagnosing and treating conditions.
* Developing treatment plans.
* Providing preventative treatment.
* Resolving gum issues such as gum sensitivity.
*Dentist who places implants, performs surgical procedures in the mouth, jaw, and teeth*.
Dentists *remove tooth decay, fill cavities, and repair fractured teeth*.
Dentists diagnose and treat problems with patients' teeth, gums, and related parts of the mouth.
They provide advice The dentistinstruction on taking care of the teeth and gums and on diet choices that affect oral health.
