LVN Nurse

LVN needed for an Adult Day Health Care.
ADHC seeking LVN 4 days out of the week.
LVN will do vitals in the mornings when patients arrive to the center, and will work on their daily attendance on the flowsheets.

Requirements: - LVN license in State of California - Assess our patients at our center - Comfortable with working computers and be able to learn and use new ones - Write Progress Notes for each patient contacted and enter in computer - Communicate with patient MD via phone and/or fax and document all information - Provide information on patients during staff meetings You must have: - Active California LVN license - Strong verbal and communication skills - Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required - Empathy towards vulnerable and dependent adults Upon hire we will ask for: - Proof of citizenship or work permit - Health Exam from your medical doctor - Negative TB test or chest X-Ray - CPR certificate - - No criminal background, we will do background check New Graduates are welcome to apply Hours of work are Monday through Friday 9 am to 2:00 pm Company Description at Felices Dias Adult Day Health Care Center, we aim to provide a safe and caring environment to our staff.
