Position: Parking & Transit Assistant
Department: Hollywood Bowl Operations
FLSA Grade: Non-exempt (Full-time)
Pay range: $26 - $30/hr
Position Summary:
The Parking & Transit Assistant, reporting to the Transit Manager and Parking and Traffic Manager, is responsible for supporting the overall parking, transit and traffic operations including the collection and input of parking and traffic data into the Master Spreadsheet.
Position Elements:
• Update and distribute daily data reports for parking lots, bus operations, pedestrian count, ADA counts, rideshare counts and traffic information.
• Prepare daily valet maps and parking attendance lists for LA Phil events.
• Support Parking & Transit, during inbound and outbound, as needed.
• Assist with managing and distribution of ParkWhiz numbers for Lease Events.
• Assist with producing printed passes for Presentations, LNHS and TADA Catering.
• Assist with staff scheduling and timekeeping.
• Assist with employee parking distribution.
• Assist with hiring needs.
• Assist with ordering equipment and supplies (signage, tickets, cones, etc.
).
• Manage content and scheduling Changeable Message Signs (CMS) and street digiboards.
• Manage file storage, both digital and physical, for transit and parking operations.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
Position Requirements:
• 2+ years experience working at the Hollywood Bowl preferred
• Ability to work long hours
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Elementary proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Collaborate with various colleagues and departments
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task
• Great organization skills
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
• Provide excellent communication skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
