You will have the unique opportunity to support the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System project that is helping the VA build a community for 1,200 or more homeless Veterans.
We are located on the historical VA West Los Angeles Campus and have been fully dedicated to actively supporting the program onsite for more than six years in a growing scope.
*MAJOR DUTIES:* For this role, Concourse is seeking a talented individual with in-depth supply chain and logistics management knowledge and experience for Federal government agencies, which includes the day-to-day management and consultation across multiple projects.
The Supply Chain Project Manager provides management based on this specialized area of industry standards and methodology, effectively communicating as the single point of contact for requests directly from customers.
This Project Manager plays a critical role in our firm’s execution and further enhancement of supply chain project management support.
Such experience shall include support of like-size organization(s) that includes, but not limited to: · Responsible for leading requirement development processes for programs related to the management of equipment and inventory.
· Manages planning and scheduling of project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
· Identifies areas of continuous improvement and conducts business process improvement event(s) and discussions related to healthcare-centric inventories.
· Develops and leverages data analysis tools and comprehensive charts as business solutions for supply chain and logistical challenges.
· Conducts warehouse walkthroughs to facilitate wall-to-wall inventory projects.
· Supports and conducts the presentations and trainings both internally and externally related to supply chain project management processes.
Responsible for the development of supply chain training plans, and re-vamp of related existing materials.
· Develops, monitors and maintains project plan to ensure tasks are completed on time, addresses any project performance issues by analyzing and communicating them appropriately in a timely manner.
· Monitors and reports on progress, developing weekly and ad-hoc delivery reports for active projects being worked.
*REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:* · Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Management, Information Technology, or Engineering.
· At least three (3) years of relevant logistics/supply chain management experience.
· Professional training completions or Certification relevant to supply chain or logistics management.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) license is a plus.
· Experience in the government consulting healthcare industry is a plus.
· Experience with Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) is a plus.
· Ability to meet and deal effectively with stakeholders in various environments, both structured and unstructured, and clearly communicate information · Adhere to schedules and meet deadlines.
· Strong business acumen and an ability to communicate clearly within various business settings and industries.
· Demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and SharePoint.
