Job Summary: The Electronic Warfare & Signal Processing group is seeking a Systems Engineering Principal Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to oversee follow through on all aspects of the design, development, integration, and test of IPT work products to support the Advanced Technologies Business Unit.
This position is an onsite role in El Segundo, CA.
Responsibilities to Anticipate: You will be responsible for ownership of the day-to-day operation of the multi-disciplinary/ cross-functional team, ensuring the associated products are developed and delivered within allotted cost, schedule, technical quality, and performance parameters.
You will collaborate with the Program Manager (PM), Lead System Engineer (LSE), and Chief Engineer (CE) to establish program organization, long term strategy and planning, ensure systems engineering discipline, and promote effective program implementation within cost, schedule and technical milestones.
You will guide a cross-functional team in efforts including development and/or integration of real-time software, modeling and simulation, field demonstration, processing real-world data, trade studies in system and algorithm design, and requirements allocation and verification.
You will collaborate with Customer and Suppliers.
Selected candidate will be required to obtain and maintain special access program (SAP) clearance and/or an SCI clearance.
Basic Qualifications: Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

government issued Top Secret clearance is required prior to start date.
U.
S.
citizenship is required, as only U.
S.
citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Experience with Signal Processing (AMTI), Tracking, Communications, or Resource Management.
Experience in developing, implementing, integrating, and validating SW and/or system architectures, concepts, and constructs.
Experience in analysis, modeling and simulation, systems engineering architecture and lifecycle development, requirement development and/or requirement verification.
Experience leading and training technical teams of junior to mid-level systems engineers and analysts and ability and balance development priorities with near/long term program objectives.
Preferred Qualifications: Active (or active within past 24 months) DoD Top Secret Clearance, with prior DoD investigation within the last 5 years.
Exceptional engineering analytical and decision-making skills with strong ability to be creative and innovative in designing solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate program status, issues and resolution plans across all major stakeholders including senior leadership, customers, and major subcontractors.
Experience in Flight Test demonstrations and flight data analysis.
Experience in giving technical briefs or presentations.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
