ROLE OVERVIEW:
The SpringHill Company is seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern for 10 weeks to join our UNINTERRUPTED Team.
As the Strategy & Operations Intern, you will be focused on brand strategy and initiatives around the multi-Emmy Award-winning athlete empowerment brand, UNINTERRUPTED.
You will support the day-to-day strategy and operations of the UNINTERRUPTED team, with special projects while gaining a critical understanding of the UNINTERRUPTED team.
You will take part in creating tentpole moments within the UNINTERRUPTED ecosystem across internal cross-functional partners and develop tools to support and drive the business.
You will also support conducting 2025 business planning process and creating insights and opportunities report for internal team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Become immersed in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where innovation and critical thinking are key.
Demonstrates a keen interest in understanding business and organizational goals, and a desire to learn industry best practices and grow in an enterprise organization.
Gain industry experience by working across various cross-functional teams
Project Specific
o Brainstorm 2025 tentpole moments for UNINTERRUPTED
o Conduct brand marketing research on industry trends, cultural insights and brands
Day to Day Support
o Help schedule cross-functional meetings, draft agendas, and send out recap notes
o Update brand materials such as brand decks, one sheets, etc.
o Manage Monday.
com submissions and update for all projects
o Develop working relationships with cross-functional teams, such as Production, Talent, Marketing, Brand Partnerships , etc.
o Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects and achieve goals.
o activations and build presentation with insightful analysis and present findings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, or related studies; Interest in pursuing a career in Marketing
Must be based on Los Angeles, CA
Excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail, highly proactive, able to juggle multiple/shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines
Highly resourceful, tenacious, and able to work autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Trustworthy with sensitive information
Relentless curiosity, passion, good humor, and inspiration
Knowledge of sports, entertainment, social media, and pop culture
Excellent proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, and Microsoft Office Suite
Previous internship experience in related field is a plus
