IT Admin (Development)
South Bay Auto Auction is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Admin to join our team.
As a Development IT Admin, you will be a crucial liaison Amongst IT and super user teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Responsibilities:
Administer IT development and implementation teams.
Act as a liaison between IT development and user teams.
Provide technical support to resolve system issues and user queries.
Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and firewalls.
Monitor system performance and ensure its availability and reliability.
Collaborate with development teams to implement security measures and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in IT administration or a similar role
Strong technical knowledge of network protocols, server administration, and security measures.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications (e.
g.
, CCNA, MCSA) will be an advantage.
Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills.
