*What We Are Looking For:*
Looking for a Full-Time LVN for the Chief of Plastic Surgery in Santa Monica, CA.
Prefer at least two years of clinical/surgical.
Experience with EMR and Nextech a plus.
Current California LVN License.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Loves the industry and working with people.
Must be a self- starter and a team player.
We will train the right candidate.
*What You'll Do:*
* Have an excellent standard of service and maintains protocols.
* Educates patients and answers questions as well as provide compassionate guidance.
* Ensure patient's safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care.
* Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care, as well as continually strengthening relationships with patients and families.
* Assist in office-procedures alongside the physician and assist the surgical and clinical team as required.
* Professional appearance.
* Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each patient encounter.
* Assist with community outreach projects.
