We have locations in: Atwater Village, Burbank, Glendale, Santa Clarita, and Van Nuys Responsibilities: Customer Service – Provides guest service, resolves guest issues, understands and exceeds guest expectations, develops and maintains guest relationships Handles POS transactions and payments with accuracy Ensures food and drinks are made quickly, efficiently and accurately Complies with all food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain a clean/ neat work environment You: Positive and outgoing Works well with others, a team player Able to learn and execute multiple tasks Seeks ways to improve guest satisfaction; asks questions, Operates with integrity; demonstrates honesty, treats others with respect, keeps commitments Contributes to the overall team performance; understands how his/her role relates to others What we offer: Flexible Schedules Growth and upward mobility Requirements: 18 years or older High School Diploma or equivalent Food Handler’s Certificate Must be available to work weekends REQUIREMENTS Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments Meet safety and sanitation standards Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations Works well in a team environment In 1950, Bill Rosenberg opened the first Dunkin' shop in Quincy, Massachusetts.
