Moon Juice is looking for a Transportation and Logistics Analyst that will coordinate and participate in shipping and receiving processes, provide directions and guidance to the warehouse team, inventory management, systematic processing of store orders and events and assist in sales order processing and fulfillment.

ABOUT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform daily receiving and shipping functions
* Manage in the shipping, receiving, loading/unloading, inspection of shipment for damage
* Arrange shipping and delivery both to manufacturers as well as to 3PL and warehouse
* Maintain proper record keeping in Company’s ERP system by ensuring receipts and transfers are recorded in a timely manner
* Quote various freight options implementing best service and lowest cost options
* Participate in storing and maintaining inventory in-house and outside vendors to allow for maximum space utilization
* Assist in processing wholesale orders and EDI portals as needed
* Provide information and resolve issues concerning logistics, inventory, back orders, shipment discrepancies, damage and storage
* Participate in Month End Close – participate and conduct monthly and yearly physical inventories as well as other activities
* Ensure inventory at the 3PL, warehouse and shops are reconciled
* Oversee customer returns process
* Make recommendations regarding proper storage, inventory and warehousing procedures and improvements in 3Pl and warehouse efficiency
* Plan and participate in the operations and activities of a 3PL and warehouse
* Perform related duties and other special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in logistics, transportation and operations
* Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
* Netsuite experience preferred
* Consumer packaged goods, beauty, supplements or Food/Beverage experience preferred
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
* Applicable laws, rules and regulations related to warehouse operations

COMPENSATION:
The compensation for this position is $70,000-$78,000 per year.
The compensation package will also include a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits.
Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications.
