Senior Project Manager – VCBU (Contract) Job description Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful deployment of our video collaboration systems.

Key Responsibilities: Project Management: - Oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive project deliverables from initiation to closure.
- Establish project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to track progress.
Stakeholder Communication: - Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding project status, changes, and risks.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
Risk Management: - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, adjusting schedules as necessary.
Team Leadership: - Cultivate a positive team environment, motivating team members and facilitating discussions.
- Address potential conflicts, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
Continuous Improvement: - Collect and analyze feedback from completed projects to refine processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, integrating new ideas to improve project management methodologies.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in AV systems integration or related audiovisual field.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to foresee potential issues and develop solutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to pivot in a changing environment.
- A "Get Things Done" attitude, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Desirable: - PMP, or any related Project Management certification.
- Proven Experience in the audiovisual industry from design build to project completion which includes working with manufacturers, General Contractors, subcontractors, AV consultants, programmers, and direct project stakeholders.
