Job Description As the Head of Digital Marketing within the Business Banking segment at U.
S.
Bank, you will be a critical driver of our Small Business growth strategy.
You will lead and oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives that build awareness, drive consideration and power conversion across the digital ecosystem, for all products and services within the Business Banking segment at U.
S.
Bank.
We are looking for a seasoned digital marketing leader with experience creating best-in-class B2C and B2B digital marketing strategies to work collaboratively and cross functionally, driving GTM initiatives via digital marketing channels for the breadth of the Business Banking segment’s products and services.
Leading a team of digital marketing professionals, you will focus on: Growth strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies capable of building awareness, driving consideration and powering conversion for the complete set of Business Banking products and services.
Customer acquisition and client deepening: Devise, manage and optimize marketing activities capable of developing a pipeline of profitable new relationships via lead generation and online acquisition.
Data-driven insights: Ensure that digital marketing activities are properly measured, deploying a variety of tools and methodologies to drive near-term optimizations, as well as long-term strategic outcomes.
Partnership and collaboration: Cultivate partnerships within the product organization, marketing operations, brand, and analytics to ensure marketing activities reflect the needs and experiences of our clients, are executed flawlessly, represent the core values and vision of our brand, and are data-driven.
Team leadership: Recruit, manage and develop a team of high-performing marketing professionals, overseeing all digital marketing channels, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Budget management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds across existing activities, establishing, and funding test agendas to improve and expand capabilities and activities, balancing near-term and long-term growth and efficiency needs.
Additional Responsibilities Include: Responsible for creation and leading the execution of our Direct digital marketing strategy for all products and segments across paid search, display, online video, streaming audio, social media, and other digital platforms.
Optimize spend of $20MM-$50MM and efficiency across all 4 digital channels for Business Banking and delivering production of 30% - 50% of accounts and balances for the segment.
Oversee and make final decisions on quarterly media planning development with 2-3 partner organizations and agency.
Support and provide direction/ decisions on audience and activities for the prospecting studios that act as the lead for all digital marketing channels.
Responsible for creation and execution of direct measurement strategy for digital channels, ensuring adherence with compliance and privacy, while building a robust digital marketing measurement strategy.
Manage and develop a team of 5-6 digital marketing managers.
Develop digital strategies consistent with marketing objectives (Timing, alignment of messaging) across Offline and sales.
Manages a budget of $20-50 MM (20 today, 50 is near future) Level of leader typically interact with: MC-1 Preferred Skills/Experience Experience leading and selecting media partners and developing best-in-class media strategies.
Experience with MMM and MTA platforms and methodologies.
Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms and a proven track record for leading integrated marketing efforts from concept to execution.
Consistent track record for scaling business via digital marketing channels and strategies.
Problem solver with an ownership mindset.
Exceptional strategic and analytical problem solving and storyboarding skills.
Ability to influence without authority.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Highly fungible and able to easily adapt to shifting priorities without disruption.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
