Reality Church of Los Angeles (Reality LA) is a non-denominational, gospel-centered, multi-cultural church located in Los Angeles, California.
The Communications Manager works to best allocate and steward all communications resources and projects in coordination with the Communications Director and in line with the elders' vision and values.

Pay Range: $23-26/hour*
*The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set; experience and training; licensure, certifications, and ordination; and other organizational needs.
Requirements
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Planning and organizing media (web, video, print, social media, and design) production schedules
Collaborating closely with the Communications department (Director, Copywriter, Social Media Manager) to present a unified voice and communication strategy for the church
Assessing project and resource requirements
Managing deadlines and deliverables
Consulting with the Communications Director to determine efficient execution
Liaising with vendors, printers, and contractors
Contributing to strategic decisions and budget development
Overseeing the working Communications budget
Processing receipts and invoices
Organizing physical storage and maintenance of production equipment
Managing media storage
Maintaining software accounts and payments
Qualifications
Love for Jesus and his church
Agreement with the statement of faith, theology, and philosophy of Reality LA
Character and lifestyle of a deacon as described in Scripture
Love for ministry in an urban context and for the city of Los Angeles
Bachelors degree in Communication and/or Business strongly preferred
Knowledge and Skills
3+ years of media managerial experience
Knowledge of media production (web, video, print, and design)
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
