We are currently looking for a Mass Affluent Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in our Los Angeles, CA office.

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the direct management and oversight of 150+ client households
Partner with existing Senior Client Advisor(s) to support and transition smaller established client relationships
Identification and documentation of client’s unique goals and multi-faceted objectives, spanning investment analysis, financial planning, tax concerns, charitable and estate planning, and ancillary services
Evaluate, implement, and manage investment solutions to meet client goals and objectives
Coordinate with clients’ outside advisors, including CPA and attorneys, to facilitate a client’s holistic wealth plan
Ability to answer time sensitive client requests effectively
Conduct quarterly client meetings to review and present quarterly investment results, evaluate new opportunities, and adjust client objectives
Develop new and manage existing referral relationships to source new clients
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Series 65 required
CFP Designation or other industry designation preferred.
Must be willing to pursue designation aggressively, if not already achieved
Minimum 3-5 years in financial advisory services or investment management role with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and build a book of business
Experience with eMoney, SalesForce, Black Diamond
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Proactive, self-motivated approach
Strong compliance record
Highly motivated, the affinity towards a self-starting work environment, and a sense of humor
