We’re looking for a Sr.
Technical Program Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our Cybersecurity team.
The right person for this role has great communication skills and in-depth experience in managing enterprise technical projects and programs.

What You Will Do Take full ownership and accountability for cross-functional projects’ successful completion.
Develop project charters, team agreement, and communication plans for enterprise cross-functional initiatives Collaborate with multiple technical teams to design, integrate and mature security capabilities which are scalable and flexible to the unique operating methods of the Studios.
Manage cross-functional Cybersecurity programs involving Studio stakeholders, Engineers, Product teams, Creatives, Content Security, and GIS teams.
Ensure accomplishment of deliverables, work packages and overall business solutions, including tracking of project progress and assessing project trade-offs across scope, timing, and resources.
Develop project scope of work, base design, objectives, detailed work plans, resource plans and budget, communications, and status reports.
Manage project plans and teamwork assignments, advising and checking work efforts on a continuous basis, escalating issues when appropriate.
Manage all project resources, internal and external.
Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources accordingly to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget, within scope, and adheres to high quality standards.
Work directly with high level stakeholders to define requirements for both product deliverable and implementation.
Manage risks, issues, and complex cross-project dependencies.
Drive mitigation and contingency plans, and assess material impact based on program metrics and quantifiable data.
Serve as a communication hub for program status across various business units.
Required Qualifications & Skills 7+ years of enterprise program management experience in the cybersecurity domain Demonstrable expertise in agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
PMP/PMI/Scrum Master Assist customers in onboarding cybersecurity services and capabilities and continuously listening and responding to improve customer experience and security efficacy.
Manage escalations as they occur and prevent the next.
Listen to customer sentiment and solicit boundary partner feedback to guide/design/develop new security centric features and programs with a focus on strategy and scalability Using systems engineering, systems development life cycle and systems requirements planning methodologies, strategic planning and policy, and risk management methodologies.
Comfortable to translate from cyber jargon into compelling stories on business value, customer benefits, cybersecurity value, and technical risk management.
Customer focused to understand, deeply curious to discover elegant solutions for cyber defense capabilities including threat and vulnerability management, event monitoring, and incident response Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment Ability to understand and represent both business and technology Excellent communications over the phone, meetings, or collaborative platforms Deep Jira Experience Experience with implementing cybersecurity a + Education Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
This is an estimated 30 month project hire position with no guarantee of permanent placement.
The hiring range for this remote position is $149,300 to $200,200 per year, which factors in various geographic regions.
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
