STORE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet personal and store KPI´s and sales goals
Flexible availability required; including nights, weekends and overnight shifts
Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
Analyze available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business
Continuously motivate sales team to achieve productivity goals
Demonstrate a fluency in product knowledge and be able to communicate this knowledge to guest and the store team
Play an active role on the sales floor and continuously coach the team on sales techniques
Develop events that will continue to grow customer base
Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service
Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
Empower self and team to make decisions in the customers best interest that also support the company's philosophy
Ensure store is maintained to ensure safety, presentation and organization in collaboration with the field manager
Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects correct visual presentation at all times
Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed including bank deposit etc.
Control store expenses
Ensure shipments are properly processed in a timely manner
Meet inventory accuracy standards
Ensure staff is properly trained in all sales and operations
Build and maintain strong and clear communication with members of the corporate office and other store teams
Participate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs and meetings as directed by field management and the company
Recruit and interview new talent
